Championship Course

  1. Out Of Bounds: Outside the boundaries of the course (defined by walls, white stakes and wire fence). Right of holes 1, 5 and 6 defined by white stakes. Clubhouse and car park, defined by kerbing and white stakes. Greenkeepers Enclosure.  
  2. Integral Parts of the Course: Bridges, stakes adjacent to the inside of boundary walls and all grass paths.
  3. Movable Obstructions: Ropes and support posts, “Black and white” directional posts (must be replaced after play)
  4. Immovable Obstructions: All artificially surfaced roads and paths and gravel band drains, the watch house.
  5. Sprinkler heads within 2 club lengths of a putting green: MLR F-5 is in play.
  6. Practice Putting Green adjacent to the 3rd green is a wrong green from which complete relief must be taken 13.1f
  7. Drop Zone:  Artificially surfaced Road on the 18th Hole: An additional relief option to 16,1b is available. The player may drop the original ball or another ball in the dropping zone situated to the left of this pathway.
  8. Ground Under Repair: All ground under repair is marked (except from time to time TOTALLY Flooded Bunkers).
  9. Relief for Embedded Ball: Free relief is allowed when a player’s ball is embedded in the general area under Rule 16.3b.  
  10. Practice area to the right of hole 18: Players are allowed to practise on this practice area before a round.

Penalty for a breach of a local rule is the general penalty.
